Our Heritage is at the heart of everything we do, and we are delighted to bring you a unique Brazilian dining experience where you can experience our unique RODIZIO which is an unlimited selection of authentic Brazilian meats in a spit cooked in Charcoal BBQ (Churrasqueira) and served directly to your table by our Passadores (carving waiters).
We pride ourselves on being able to offer you an exclusive selection of grilled meats, cooked to perfection at our Churrasqueira (Charcoal grill), complimented by a freshly homemade Hot & Cold Buffet to balance with our Wine and Drinks menu that has been carefully selected to compliment the food we offer.
It takes many years for our Passadores to learn the skill and art of tableside carving. Sabor do Brasil Passadores carefully prepare the meats using only the best fresh products and Sea salt applied to the excellent cuts of meat. We regularly liaise with our suppliers to ensure we present you with the best possible products and we are very fortunate to be supplied from local producers.

Not for the faint hearted, our Brazilian restaurant is the perfect carnivore heaven, the only thing you need to bring is a hearty appetite.
Once you are shown to your table, sit down and relax.
We will explain to you all about the unique Rodizio experience at Sabor do Brasil, including the Green & Red Flip Card system.
You can ask for your preferred drinks from our menu and start your experience by attending the Hot & Cold Buffet and once seated our Passadores will start coming to you with our freshly prepared spit roasted meats presented on skewers and carve them directly to your plate.

Reservation Policy
We operate a maximum 1 hour 45 minutes seating policy in our restaurants. During busy period (typically Friday to Sunday, Bank Holidays and other seasonal days), this may be reduced to a maximum of 1 hour 30 minutes at the restaurant manager’s discretion. We want you to enjoy your visit to our restaurant, so please ensure that your entire party arrive on time. We do get very busy at times so we can only guarantee to hold your table for 15 minutes.
For parties over 8 guests, you must contact the restaurant directly to book as a deposit is required. the deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day.
Cancellation Policy: For bookings of 2 or more, you will be required to secure your reservation with a credit/debit card. No money will be taken from your card at the time of booking. However, please be aware that if you fail to cancel your booking or to inform the restaurant of the reduced number of attendees 24 hours prior to the reservation, we reserve the right to charge your card £5 per person for ‘no show’. You will be required to confirm that you have read this booking policy.
